I updated to newer version of Masshunter 10 & when I tried to re establish communication in Lab Advisor, It shows the 1260 HPLC components but Could not connect to QQQ . No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 192.168.254.12:9100 and when tried to establish a connection in Instrument Configuration, it gives me this error, Failed to get component model number from QQQ driver. Masshunter data acquisition will not start, gives these 2 errors, 1. Failed to start System Engines. 2. Module not recognized by the system. No Module type found for module MSQQQ. Module type is null. I have cleared the processes and restarted the QQQ and nothing works to get this system back online. Pinging the QQQ & HPLC shows they do communicate with the computer. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
