Infinity 1260 valve head 6 port replacement

Question

One of the screw of the 6-port valve is damaged (picture). 
 
 I think I can just change this part (~$1K), and not the whole valve (~5K). 
 
 Can anyone help identifying the catalog number and a manual/instructions on how to replace it?

Hi Daniel 
 
 The user manual for the Vialsamplers (I think that's what I'm looking at in your photo) has three options for this: 
 5068-0215 - Stator, Injection Valve, 600 bar/800 bar 
 or 
 5068-0216 - Stator, Injection Valve, 1300 bar 
 I'm guessing the first one is the one you need for the 1260 models.
