Hello,
I am currently using the following solvent gradient (A:20 mM ammonium acetate and B: methanol) for LC-TQ analysis for the EPA 533 method. Recently I see a sudden spike at around 5.1 min in the total ion chromatogram. Can anyone help me to fix this? Is there something wrong with the column, or is this normal with this kind of solvent gradient?
