Communication problem with Agilent 6546 QTOF

Could anyone here tell me how to power cycle the QTOF? It shows the QTOF is offline, and the smart card disconnected. I have rebooted the computer but that did not work..

Hi Biyi ! Is it that the QTOF appears online the Agilent MassHunter Workstation Data Acquisition software? When I power cycle my 6545 XT Q-TOF, I push the power button the Q-TOF and wait maybe 30 seconds. We try not to go more than a minute of being off since the vacuums will be off during this time too. Sometimes I do power cycle the QTOF and then I power cycle the computer.
