Hey everyone,
I'm looking for some help regarding some communication issues we're experience on the QQQ 6470 after starting it up. Upon starting the QQQ up after a temporary shut down, we are now having troubles with initializing communication and unable to get the QQQ to communicate. It is now shown as 'offline'. We are also able to ping the IP address just fine. However, the status light is flashing yellow and we also couldn't here the 'beep' sounds after turning on the QQQ nor could we hear the diverter valve switching.
Any help and guidance is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
