What will impact of EMV on response of peak of interest?

After increasing EMV value in Dynamic MRM of my impurity, then response of impurity is going to be increase or decrease?

     , increasing the Electron Multiplier Voltage (EMV) will increase the detector response for all analytes.

    Depending on the m/z of your impurity vs what you are filtering on in the MRM, your impurity may not be detected as it would need to have the same precursor and product m/z specified in your MRM transition. 

    If the impurity is detected, the signal response would increase with higher EMV.
