I have a 6490 QQQ. Each time I run either autotune or check tune, I get masses that are out of tolerance especially in MS2. The system seems to pass if the Dynamic Ramp Table enable button is checked. This is associated with the collision cell and detector function of the system. However, it appears to uncheck itself and then the system fails if it does so. The collision cell has been replaced, firmware reflashed, software reloaded, but nothing has solved the problem. Any suggestions would be appreciated. The EM seems to be okay.
