I'm writing a project plan and need specific definitions for some terms used in the tune report for our Agilent 6546 QTOF, especially "resolution" and "abundance" for the tuning ions. I know what they mean generally, but I'm running into some problems reconciling resolution vs. resolving power and abundance vs. height (terms used in previous project plans, also not clearly defined in those documents :D).
I swear I remember one of the LCMS/QTOF user manuals or familiarization guides having a really good glossary explaining the terminology, but I can't for the life of me find it searching online or in my dog-eared dead tree versions. Does that ring bells for anyone?
