MS data not present in data analysis

I am using open lab CDS on an LCMSD (1260 infinity II LC and single quad MS). I have an instrument method with MS acquisition in negative mode, but when I open the data analysis and try to process there is no signal acquired for MS the MS was acquiring during the run. Why am I not seeing the data?

Hi DP, Is the remote cable connect o LC? if not the MS is not triggered to collect data. Mitch

It is connected and everything was working as usual except for this data set and another. Data is getting uploaded as usual now. Thanks a lot for the input.
