Hi everyone,
I've recently taken over a LC-MS/MS maintenance and looks like no one has doe any cleaning since at least two years ago. I found that the spray chamber, the spray shield and the capillary should be have been cleaned weekly!!! I could fine some useful procedures online to do them but I have seen online that the ion optics also need cleaning once in a while. The ion optics cleaning procedure is also found here on Agilent's website but it does not say anything about removing and installing it.
Does anyone know any resource that explains these in detail? (especially the last one)
