Hi folks,
The standard "Wash and Shutdown" method doesn't appear to record any data at all since the QTOF is basically off and the LC goes to waste.
I want to be able to extract the BinPump pressure curves from the wash methods, so is it going to cause any issues if I change the Data Storage to "both" in the Method editor?
Also - in the Wash method, the QTOF is still at the same temp and gas flow settings as the normal run method (attached image) 
Can I save some gas and energy by turning these down since the QTOF is basically on standby during the wash method? Or is that not recommended?
