I wanted to bring to your attention that we have been experiencing a high level of noise in the MSD for some time now, which we believe might be caused by the turbo pump. Despite the correct speed and high vacuum values, the machine continues to produce a high level of noise.
I am writing to ask if this noise could be a sign of turbo pump failure, and if so, are there any curative procedures that we can undertake? Additionally, could you please provide the reference for the Turbo pump compatible with our MSD G6125B?
