Hi,
I am running a LC/MS system with a 1260 series LC stack and a Quadropole MSD (G6130B). Recently, we had to upgrade the computer to windows 10, and I have not been able to get the system fully running since. I've tried a full wipe of the hard drive with a fresh software install (Chemstation C.01.07 SR3) as well as power cycling the LC stack and the MS and am persistently getting a connection error. The software generally freezes, if not another MSD module loading error pops up. 
I am able to ping the MSD at 192.168.254.12 successfully, in addition to the LC stack, and am at a loss of what else to try to get this up and running again.
