We have G6230B LC-MS. It was found that MS is off-line today. And, the light on MS was blinking yellow.
I checked the ping to MS, the result was either 75% loss or 100% loss.
Even after restarting MS, the light is still blinking yellow. Ping to MS shows 75% or 100% loss.
It looks like the smart card problem. Is there anything I can try before asking on-site service?
