I am running 6546 on MH 11.0. On some compounds I observed much higher RSD in Suremass than in profile. When profile data has area RSD about 6%, suremass is 10-12%. I am close to the LOQ, but I compare identical data. I did tuning with Suremass optimization, but this did not help a lot. Also peaks are much more spiky than in profile. Is it possible to get better results with a suremass? What should I focus on to get better reproducibility?
