Masshunter Quantitation using Surrogates

Question

I need to quantify surrogate (extracted ion standard) by Internal standard and target compound by surrogate, How to make the same in Mass Hunter software. 
 Could any one answer the same?

Hi Binu, 
 I write step by step what you need to choose in the software. To open massshunter qua,n soft- open batch- clıck method- choose ınternal standar setup top on the left side- you see compound name- the part of the target in the related articles is changed to surragate and istd- "none", you will be able to choose surrogates and ISTD- click ISTD flag-write ISTD concentratıon 
 That's all.
