Hello,
After a rough pump rebuild and pumpdown, my system (G1956B on an 1100 HPLC) isn't passing the tune. It is throwing an "Quadrupole RF voltage cannot be maintained" error. I went to Diagnosis and did the quadrupole tests and the results are shown below.
Repeated runs of this test give the same first result (100) and some differences in the 2nd and third. It passes the last two. Any ideas on the solution?
