We have recently purchased Infinity II LC system with AdvanceBio 6545XT LC/QTOF. During our research work we are getting several peaks and masses in Blank run (Water:Acetonitrile). Masses are continuously observed even after several washes. We also changed mobile phases and column but problem persisted from long time. We also incorporated suggestions given by engineer but problem not solved. Please do needful.
