I have optimized several compounds in positive mode using MassHunter Optimizer, but I cannot do it with compounds that ionize in negative mode. I use the injection (with column) setup, have changed the polarity of the method (to negative), and the mobile phase to 0.1% of NH4OH (Water and MeOH) and keep getting no results. Should I modify any setup in the MassHunter Optimizer? Thanks in advance!
