hello, i am having issues with my 6130 lcms, the abundance of the 118 peak is quite low, in the 40k and the 322 is very large taking over as the base peak. i have replaced the ion injector, the electron multiplier horn, and replaced two springs that hold the ion injector as they were damaged. the high masses have very large abundance, any idea what can cause this? my high vac is 4.1x10-5.which seems a bit high to me, when i turn the instrument on, it will drop down to like 2.0x10-5 but when i start tuning it goes back up to 4.0. could my issues be caused by a leak?
