I am using an Ultivo LC-MS/MS, with masshunter software. have a method that uses a zero calibrator as the first level in the calibration curve. I want to apply a weighting factor (1/x or 1/x2) to the curve fitting. But it is unable to plot as I have a zero calibrator (with assigned concentration value 0). What can I do to get around this problem? If I want to use the weighting factors. Thank you!
