Hi,
We are working on the quantification of nitrosamines with LC-MS/MS (Model: 6470). The mass calibration was performed by autotune with the following low mass.
- Q1 for Positive: Lower mass 118.09
- Q1 for Negative: Lower mass 112.99
- Q2 for Positive: 58.07
- Q2 for Negative: 69.00
How do we justify the quantification of low molecular mass compounds (Below 100 for Q1 & Below 50 for Q2) with the same tune report..?
