Per the software MASSHUNTER DATA ACQUISITION, all modules are red, no flow, no pressure. We wanted to reinitialize the whole system and would like the proper order to go about it. Also if you can provide the steps to check for leaks.

Is the MS under full vacuum? If the MS is under vacuum and if you have adequate N2 pressure, hit the ON button at the base of the instrument icons.
