I start to work with a QTOF 6530 since a couple of months. As for internal procedure we perform a TOF checktune daily and check that the corrected residuals are inside the range of +/- 3 ppm. I just wanted to have an opinion if it is that necessary to perform a checktune daily or it can be performed less oftenly like just one per week or one per month, without impacting the accuracy of the mass measuraments.
