Question 1:
It seems that a Masshunter Optimizer project doesn't like it when a method is removed. Sometimes I like to repeat the the optimization of an analyte using one polarity but keep it with the previous dual polarity results in the same project. However, the undesirable polarity method has to be deleted from the project to do this, which appears to mess up (?) the whole project. Any workarounds for this other than creating separate projects for neg and pos polarities?
Question2:
Is it possible to manually add an analyte to the optimizer database? This can be handy if optimization has already be done for an analyte but not for a complementary 13C labeled standard of the same analyte. The 13C labeled standard will likely work just fine with the same optimizer results (CE, fragmentor settings etc).
