Hello. Does anyone know what to do if a message appears in the logs when starting autotune by masses 500 itms "Infusion pump running/stopped hardware line inconsistent state"

I will suggest to check vaccum pump and nitrogen supply first..

Hi Bab,

What model instrument. No Agilent Instrument uses a infusion pump to deliver calibrant.

I'm talking about HPLC-MS 500 ITMC (Varian, Inc,). It has spesial syringe pump for direct infusion in interface and only way for mass calibration is infusion of standards via this syringe pump.
