not ready state of MS TOF

The screen capture that you attached shows that the source set-points are:

Dry gas temp-325

Dry gas flow-5

Nebulizer pressure-30

But the actuals are:

Dry gas temp-300

Dry gas flow-6.9

Nebulizer pressure-20

How long have you waited for it to equilibrate?  I suspect that it works when you run an interactive sample because of a check box, "Don't wait for temperatures..."

I think that it is not the reason.

What about log file? Is there any message for error in it?
