User created library for mass spectra in LC/MSD ChemStation?

Hi! Is it possible to make a user created library for mass spectra in LC/MSD ChemStation? I can only see an option to create a UV one. Thanks!

    Yes there is. See page 4 of the attached document.

    After doing some digging for this function, it does looks like you need to have the NIST license/add on for chemstation to do this. You get the UV by default which is why this option was visible but not the mass spec option. 

     Can you confirm this?
