It's a brand new 6470A QQQ MS. In the beginning, the Instrument Status panel shows that the state of QQQ is Standby. I turn it on and the status changes into Not Ready. I checked the Actuals Panel, it shows that QQQ: not ready Text Long: equilibrating quad heaters and the QQQ Ready State is False.
I've been waiting for 2 hours and the state is still stuck at equilibrating quad heaters. So how to solve this problem and move on?
(I checked the heater temperature is 100 oC as the setpoint.)
