Spectra are not showing for some peaks when collected only with Peak Apex

Created by Agilent Agilent over 2 years ago | Last modified by kristen.sensabaugh kristen.sensabaugh over 1 year ago

If using peak apex only or any of the peak related Spectral collection methods, occasionally spectrum data will not be collected.  This occurs due to the threshold setting.  If this occurs, it is suggested that the user either

  • collect All spectra
  • adjust the threshold to pick up the desired peak.

For wide broad peaks, even though the area count is high, the threshold may not be met, in which case the spectra may not be collected.  If this occurs, the data will have to be re-acquired with one of the above solutions.
