We have Thermo Xcalibur 2.2 to control both Agilent LC1200 stack and Thermo TSQ quantum Ultra, but Xcalibur could not recognize Agilent LC although it can see TSQ MS. it always says " pump/autosampler report a failure when trying to run initialize command..", and show server failed/Detach for all LC devices, We tried to restart the PC, TSQ and LCs several times, but no luck, we also replaced the LAN card and hard reset the 8 dip switches to the pump, still not work. Then we fully removed the Xcalibur and re-install it, still same issue. Our computer is window XP SP3. Everything was working well before. anybody could help?
