EE 22441 Pump drive stroke blocked

The error means that the maximum stroke length of your pump drive is being shorter than it should be.

This can be either due to mechanical issues like a broken piston or an offset in the pump drive gear leading to a physical block before the normal amount of motor steps can be reached.

Another root cause may be a blockage in the liquid path before the pressure sensor.

For troubleshooting this you need to open all valves and flow connections between the pump heads and pressure sensor before powering on your pump.

If the pump is able to initialize you need to check for the blocked part by re-connecting the parts step by step in a logical way to see when it starts getting blocked again.
