Hello,
I want to make transfer from one system to another that has higher dwell volume.
What I know is that the new system should have injection time delay to prevent dwell volume incompatibilities.
I have two questions:
1) In some HPLC C.01.08, C.01.09 are installed, I see that injection program button is available on it, but when I have started an analysis, injection program did not work (I have tried both, single run and sequence, but nothing worked)
2) Could you give me some advise how to modify injection program to inject with delay, while pump starts on its time.
3) How can I calculate dwell volume in an way Agilent calculates.
