We are having a issue clearing up these valleys/dips after our peaks of interest. So far we have confirmed no leaks up to the column (pressure and leak test passed), new column, new guard column, new mobile phases, new standards, and several purges through the RI.
Baseline for the blank is stable without these dips. Recycle Valve and Purge valves seem to be operating as intended.
While purging the system with IPA, it was notice that the waste line was vibrating and the waste container was not air locked.
Looking for some thoughts on what to try next.
