G4204A 1290 INFINITY

Hi, hello my name is ivan, I have this problem with a pump, it indicates that the degasser is disconnected and does not reach the pressure. The equipment was working fine. I just received a firmware version update and it stopped working.

Starting from FW B.06.80, the pump checks the degasser to ensure it is present and has a signal. As stated, the degasser might be defected or disconnected.

Hello thank you very much for your response, thanks for the firmware data, the degasser worked perfect, the firmware change no longer, and I can not find the previous version. and are from the 6.80, but how is it possible that a team of thousands of dollars is damaged by changing a firmware in a time of 10 minutes. the degasser is not disconnected. as it worked perfect, and in the report of Advisor no previous messages of failure.
