Please help advise about the part number for G1379A degasser chamber

It depends on what you have installed. There is an upgrade kit. The old-style chambers are no longer available. You may want to contact your local service group. 
 Also, if too costly maybe upgrade to a newer degasser. 
 5067-5387 vacuum chamber replacement kit (includes everything needed, 2 chambers, tubing and sheet metal) 
 OR if it has been replaced- 5067-5383 (there are 2) 
 G1379-67310 tubing set (the old one won't work with the new chambers) 
 Reminder- Don't prime the vacuum degasser, using a syringe
