I am using HPLC /DAD with a quaternary pump.
Iam facing a peak split in my samples(Std) .
I try to clean column also by back flushing it , but after cleaning this splitting some time come back or have a tail in the peak . And some times it didnt appear for first injection , while after some injection it come back . Knowing that I try cleaning column more than time .
Where could be the problem ? May it be in the column (knowing that some times after cleaning it no split appear)? Or at other compartments such as a contamination at tubings or at solvent filters or other ?
