I am trying to run a Injector Precision PV test using the conditions described in the software: caffeine standard (125 ug/mL) and HP ODS Hypersil 5 um, 125 x 4 mm part 7982618-564 . The method uses 85:15 Water:ACN mobile phase at 0.8 mL/min. The test keeps failing after one injection because the peak we are getting has a retention time at 1.299 when it should be at 2.6. I am assuming this is why is keeps aborting the run. Why would I be getting a peak at the wrong retention time when I am following the PV protocol described in the setup? Thank you.
