Hey, the best way to figure out what the individual steps of the injector program is to visit the online help for the LC Driver. The easiest way to get there is to open the Injector Program and then to click F1 on the keyboard. Then choose which function for more details.
Thanks for your help, i wil see that.
But i m searching what really does the autosampler when the function Mix is required. But perharp i will find that in the help
Have a nice day
Hi Lstephan
The autosampler moves the sample backwards and forwards (draw and eject) inside the sample loop.
In the past, where I wanted better mixing than this, I would eject the sample into an empty low volume vial and draw and eject in that location at different heights to get really good mixing. We even pipetted some diluent in the target vials to mix samples with this diluent directly before injection.
