Milli-Q water with 5 mM ammonium formate and 0.01 % formic acid mobile phase for LC method

To prepare a litre of this mobile phase, weigh 0.315g of ammonium formate and dissolve in 800mL of water, add 100µL formic acid and mix well, then make up to total volume of 1L.

Probably best to filter this after preparation through 0.45µm (0.22µm if you have UHPLC columns) regenerated cellulose filter.
