We have a few Agilent 1290 Infinity II's with flex pumps and observed one of the peristaltic seal wash pumps going forward (as expected) and in reverse (pulling from the output/waste). This was occurring when the Flex pump module was in the Ready, Not ready, and turned off (module's physical button was pushed in). We use Chromeleon CDS for instrument control. Has anyone ever observed this and if so how was the issue remedied?
