all modules appear offline

Hello, I have an Agilent 1220 Infinity II LC HPLC equipment, yesterday I ran a sequence and everything was fine, later today when I turn on the equipment I notice that all the modules in the software appear offline and only the DAD appears available. I already changed the LAN cable but still the same. can someone please help me? I am still new to this.

One way to view the reason the modules are offline is to hover over the grey offline status. In your configuration, there needs to be a CAN cable between the DAD board and Mainboard of the system. This would be the first and easiest thing to check. See page 43 G4280USR.pdf (agilent.com)
