Pump B for high organic wears out faster than A

Our lab runs multiple binary systems including 1200, 1260 and 1290. Recently we noticed that pump B has a higher frequency of wearing out being compare to A (majorly seal leak) with observing high pressure ripple and rising baseline over 1.0 AU over gradient. We only use phosphoric acid/TFA/perchloric acid solution of LC-MS grade ACN on B and after run flushing with water/ACN mixture to remove the acid. No salt. Seal wash is also regularly refreshed. Not sure what's the cause of such high frequent pump issue. Thanks
