 User-contributed Chemstation Method files for each column type, written documentation, as well as an amino acid report and macro, are available by download via the Agilent web site at www.agilent.com/chem, under "Technical Support" / "User Contributed Software". 
 Anyone have them or can tell me where i can find and download them?

That application note has been superseded by https://www.agilent.com/cs/library/brochures/5991-7694EN_AdvanceBio%20AAA_How-To%20Guide_LR.pdf 
 You can write your own method and injector program based on this application note. No macros needed to run this analysis.
