Sounds like the peristaltic pump that delivers the needle wash has a fault and needs to be replaced, assuming that you have a vial sampler or multisampler with single wash.

Yes! That is correct it has a multisampler and I see where it is continuously pumping. Thanks, I will order a new one! Is this something that can be easily changed out or would I need an Agilent Tech to be sent out?

You should be able to replace it yourself if you're happy to do that.
