I have infinity o1260 HPLC. I have a problem with the needle seat. When I increase the flow up to 0.5 LmL/min, needle seat leaks and pressure does not go up anymore. Previously I had a sample filtration problem and a needle was clogged. I changed the needle and needle seat and capillaries of the needle seat unite.
is it possible that I have clogged units after needle seat?
I am worried about it:(
