LC Detector G4212B Flow cell is clogged frequently

Question

Hello, I have LC Detector G4212B. Flow cell is clogged frequently. I have attempted to flush it (reverse direction) with water, but after the analysis, it clogged again. What type of maintenance should I conduct? In addition, Flow cell is replaced several months ago due to problem mentioned above.

You seem to have a particle issue. A couple of things can be done: Pre-filter your solvents, including water. Use a membrane filter. Go for a better grade of solvents. Don't re-fill your solvent bottles, but rinse them with fresh solvent first. Consider using an inline filter.
