Hello, dear Agilent users, has anyone of you encountered a strange "ERROR in Pump0, Description: Valve hardware overcurrent"?
The error is repeatably occurring every 5-10 samples or so during a sequence without any use of the solvent selection valve (SSV). The instrument then goes into error state. I have been told that the valve may be overheating. It never happens when I switch from A1 to A2 or B1 to B2.
Has anyone had a similar experience and knows what is the cause of this error?
