Could you please tell me why the peaks began to have tails on the chromatograms?

Hello! Could you please tell me why the peaks began to have tails on the chromatograms?
I suspect that one of the reasons may be air in the column. (we use water and acetonitrile). If so, how to remove air from the column?

Hey, for tailing peaks we have some troubleshooting advice in the HPLC Advisor app: HPLC Advisor app | Agilent In general, are the solvents or samples getting old? Is the column in good quality (flushed, equilibrated, not degraded)? Has anything changed in the system since the tailing started to occur? How is the pressure plot compared to a "good" chromatogram? These could be some useful questions to answer to begin troubleshooting.
