analysis without sample injection

Question

Hi! 
 I want to check whether this peak indicates contamination of the column or contamination of the autosampler. I have a peak in the chromatogram, the nature of which I do not know. It is present in all samples and in the solvent sample. 
 
 Could you suggest how to do the analysis without sample input and how to do it in OpenLab CDS? I hope for your help. Thank you all.

Hi Natali 
 In OpenLab CDS, change the Injection source to No injection/Instrument blank to start a run without making an injection. 
 You could also remove the autosampler from the entire flow path, connecting the column directly to the pump, to show that the issue is not the autosampler. 
 If this is a gradient method, it could also be contamination from the mobile phase(s)!
